Initialize XPRESSion Evaluator VI

This VI initializes the XPRESSion Evaluator's internal data structures and loads into memory all the system configuration information. Any user variables, custom user functions and physical unit definitions will be loaded into memory and made available for use in evaluating user expressions. This VI MUST be run before and XPRESSion Evaluator functions may be run.

	error in (no error) describes any error conditions prior to this VIs execution.
	open panel? (F) instructs the VI whether or not to open the front panel which displays a brief "Initializing..." message while the initialization routines are executing.
	error out contains error information. If the error in cluster indicated an error, the error out cluster contains the same information. Otherwise, error out describes this VIs error status.
